We strive to provide everyone with the very best service and experience. We strongly believe that the best way to do that, is to make sure we outline our expectations for our office and our expectations for our clients. The best way we can help you is by having open communication and client-therapist confidentiality and trust. All of our policies are designed to better help you as a client, and helps us by allowing us to effectively run the office with little-to-no interruptions.

Below outlines some of our policies that we abide by and expect our clients to abide by them, too! Should you have any questions or concern, please reach out directly to the office and we will be happy to assist.

Intake Forms

Any service that Destress Yourself provides to clients are considered medical in nature. Forms are required prior to scheduling your session. If you choose to schedule your session over the phone, you will be sent the forms electronically and they must be received by the office prior to confirming your session. If your forms are not received within 24 hours of your session, your appointment will be cancelled.

Formularios de Admision

Cualquier servicio que Destress Yourself brinde a los clientes se considera de naturaleza médica. Se requieren formularios antes de programar su sesión. Si elige programar su sesión por teléfono, se le enviarán los formularios electrónicamente y la oficina debe recibirlos antes de confirmar su sesión. Si no se reciben sus formularios dentro de las 24 horas de su sesión, se cancelará su cita.

Discount Policy

At Destress Yourself, we're excited to offer discounts to our clients for their wellness needs.

Existing clients are offered a “pre-booked appointment discount," available exclusively for those who keep their scheduled appointments without rescheduling.

Please note that all discount or promotional sales cannot be combined with other offers.

Politica De Descuentos

En Destress Yourself, nos complace ofrecer descuentos a nuestros clientes para sus necesidades de bienestar.

A los clientes existentes se les ofrece un "descuento por cita reservada con anticipación", disponible exclusivamente para aquellos que asistan a sus citas programadas sin reprogramarlas.

Tenga en cuenta que todos los descuentos o promociones no se pueden combinar con otras ofertas.

General Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and things can get in the way of our relaxation.

You will be emailed and/or texted three (3) days before to confirm your appointment.

Subsequently, you will be emailed and/or texted the day before as a reminder.

We ask that you if you find the need to reschedule, please do so 24+ hours before the beginning of your scheduled session.

Failure to do so, will result in 50% cancellation fee being processed with your card on file.

For clients that do not show up for their appointment, 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.

For clients that choose to cancel their appointment within 2 hours of their schedule session, 100% of the session will be charged to the card on file.

Politica de Cancelacion

Entendemos que la vida sucede y cosas pasan para interponerse en el camino de nuestro tiempo de relajacion.

Se le enviara un correo electronico y/o un mensaje de texto tres (3) dias antes de su cita agendada para confirmar.

Posteriormente, se le enviara un correo electronico y/o un mensaje de texto el dia antes como un recordatorio de su cita agendada.

Le pedimos que, si encuentra la necesidad de reprogramar, lo haga 24 horas o mas antes del comienzo de su sesion programada. Si no lo hace, se procesara una tarifa de cancelacion del 50% del costo de su sesion con su tarjeta registrada
Para los clientes que no se presenten a su cita, se cargara el 100% del costo de su cita a su tarjeta registrada
